  7. Since my surgery in 2014 I have became a self-advocate for Epilepsy, I am on 3-4 different on line support groups. I have been involved with Epilepsy Ottawa-Carleton and I am now in the process of getting a fundraising event done.
Over this past month for Epilepsy Awareness month I have made my own ribbons and information fliers with the help and support of my Amazing and loving husband who has done nothing but support me all the way in this journey of my life. I have gone back to school to get my French course and I am studying for my drivers license. A privilege I was never able to have. I have devoted whatever time I have outside of school, family and work to Epilepsy and all I want to do is help others like me so they don’t have to do this alone.
I want to do whatever it is God asks me to do as I know now that this is my calling in life.
