Ki Hyeong Lee, MD

Ki Hyeong Lee, MD, Is the medical director of the Comprehensive Pediatric Epilepsy Center at the Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children and leads a team of highly skilled and specially trained medical experts who focus solely on pediatric epilepsy and seizures. Through the Comprehensive Pediatric Epilepsy Center at the Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children, Ki Hyeong Lee, MD, has created a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that is able to accurately diagnose the source of the problem and develop a highly individualized approach to treatment to control the frequency and severity of seizures, allowing the majority of our young patients to live a life seizure free.

James Baumgartner, MD, surgical director of the Comprehensive Pediatric Epilepsy Center, is a board-certified pediatric neurosurgeon who specializes in general neurosurgery and procedures for children and adolescents who are suffering from epilepsy or seizure-related disorders. Dr. Baumgartner works closely with a skilled team in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, earning him a well-deserved reputation for being able to relieve the severity and frequency of seizures, often allowing children to live a seizure-free life.

Denise Taylor, DO, specializes in Clinical Neurophysiology  and is a female Neurologist specializing in epilepsy and women’s issues.  She has joined the practice of Dr. Ronald Davis of Pediatric Neurology, P.A. in Orlando, Florida and is now accepting patients. Her area of expertise includes not only epilepsy but she is specifically interested in women’s issues in neurology including the treatment of migraines and seizures associated with menstrual cycles and pregnancy.

Dr. Rodgers-Neame is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (Board Certified – ABPN). She is on the faculty of the Department of Neurology and also the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine (courtesy). She has extensive training and experience in the treatment of epilepsy and seizure disorders.

Prior to coming to Tampa, she spent three years on the Faculty of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine in the Department of Neurology where she was a member of the Comprehensive Oklahoma Program for Epilepsy.

Ahmed Sadek, MD is the Director of Neurodiagnostic section, the epilepsy services and the epilepsy monitoring unit at Orlando Health.  Dr. Sadek is also the founder and medical director of the Orlando Epilepsy Center and its state of the art Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Dr. Sadek is double board-certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology and is also a fellowship-trained Epileptologist. With extensive training, a state of the art facility, and years of experience, Dr. Sadek is revered for helping patients with Epilepsy to identify and manage their seizures in order to live life to the fullest.

Dr. Ronald Davis, MD, MPH, FAAP of Pediatric Neurology is Board Certified in Neurology, Pediatrics and Psychiatry. As a Pediatric Neurologist, Dr. Davis has trained in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscle. Dr. Davis is also an Army Veteran where he served with honor for 10 years.
